Exhale Fest
Talks on mind training and on opening the heart.

David Oromith is a Buddhist teacher and meditation guide based in South Wales, with a background in mental health services. He gives talks, workshops and guided meditations at wellbeing festivals, often to people trying meditation for the first time.
David guides with warmth, honesty and humour. There’s no jargon and no pressure to be spiritual or anything other than who you are, so his sessions work for people who have never meditated and for those who have practised for years.
“What a calming human. Everyone needs to experience David at least once in their life.”

David came to Buddhism at eighteen, through his own experience of depression and anxiety. He talks about it openly, and uses everyday examples like traffic, family and work, so people new to meditation can relate what he teaches to their own lives.
A festival session with David usually pairs a short talk with a guided meditation, so people leave having tried a practice they can use at home.
“He’s such a calming presenter and a joy to listen to.”
“The bravery shown by David was amazing.”
“What David talks about and teaches relates to real life.”
“Compassionate, funny and down to earth.”
“This was my first experience of meditation and I couldn’t have felt more at ease.”
